Bill Rapp is the President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Capital Synergy Partners. He is a Registered Investment Advisor and holds his series 6, 63, 7, 24, 51 (529 plans principal), 53 (municipal securities principal), 79, and 99 Securities Registrations. Bill has worked with high net worth individuals and closely held businesses since 1980 and has a proven track record of leadership in the Securities and Life Insurance industries. Bill is responsible for the general management of the firm, compliance policies and procedures, SEC, FINRA and State Regulatory Agency interface, product selection and due diligence, business processing and compliance review systems design and oversight. Bill is actively involved in registered representative relations and is available for case design and practice development assistance.
